Description Of Job :

1. Candidates should have to build rapport with the vendors and the internal teams at Dell. Work in coordination with the teams to achieve engineering objectives.
2. Candidates should have characterize, contain and perform Root Cause Analysis of the defects related to OS deployments. Provide adequate technical details to the internal and external teams to substantiate the findings and drive issue resolution.
3. Candidates should have to assist other Dell teams, as and when needed to resolve OS deployment issues.
4. Candidates should have to study new technologies offered by Dell and share the knowledge with team members through presentations.
5. Candidates should have to keep track of developments in the OS deployment technologies and other scripting frameworks, use the knowledge to train and improve the internal processes.

1. Candidates should have interaction with distributed teams would be an added advantage should have solid written and verbal communication skills.
2. Candidates should have good exposure to automation and scripting. Should have good exposure to scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, and BASH.
3. Candidates should be very good in Computer Architecture, with good exposure to Hardware, BIOS, UEFI, Firmware and OS layers.
4. Candidates should have good in-depth understanding of OS Boot process and deployment technologies.
5. Candidates should be an engineering graduate in Electronics & Communication/Computer Science.
6. Candidates should exposure to Intel/AMD CISC architecture will be a plus.
7. Candidates must have good analytical skills to trouble shoot technical issues.
