Description Of Job :

1. Candidates should have to perform Store Operations & Audit / Compliance:
2. Candidates should ensure that the look and feel of the store is as per guidelines/standards.
3. Candidates will adherence of Store Operations in line with pre-defined SOPs.
4. Candidates have to perform visual merchandising as per plan / guidelines.
5. Candidates will also do track efficient Cash handling; prevent shoplifting / ensure safety and security.
6. Candidates should also perform KPI reporting as per guidelines and on-time.
7. Will also perform inventory and stock management to prevent stock-outs or excess Inventory.
8. Candidates have to achieve the target on conversion from the walk in customers in terms of Sales from new acquisitions & up-sell.
9. Have to manage closure of current store during refit & conversion.
10. Have to provide suggestions /feedback to improve store productivity.
