Skill Required and Eligibility :

1. Candidates should have Application Development and Application server experience.
2. Candidates should also have 2+ years of Java Development experience.
3. Candidates also have knowledge of high level of understanding of using Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
4. Candidates should also have minimum of 1 years experience with either Struts or Spring, or Hibernate (Spring Preferred).
5. Candidates should also have knowledge in Web development using JSP, Servlets, Struts, JavaScript and Oracle/MySQL (or SQL).
6. Candidates also have experience with SDLC.
7. Good communication skills is essential.
