Job Description:

• Candidates should be responsible for providing telephone/email/chat and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products.
• Candidates should have to diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
• Candidates should have performs troubleshooting of dell laptops.
• Candidates should have to verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
• Candidates should applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
• Candidates have to perform documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation. Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting services.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates should have excellent communication skills in English.
• Candidates should be open to work in rotational / night shifts in a 24 by 7 environment.
• Candidates have minimum Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3).
